Saturday 9: Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong

1. Who was the last person you dealt with that felt that they could never be wrong?  A family member, who I won’t be mentioning by name

2. Tell us about one person who is the most like you.  I guess I could say my daughter.  Although as much as she is like me, she’s also her own little person too!

3. What is something you really want right now?  Christian Louboutin shoes!!!

4. What are you doing this weekend?  Today my aunt is coming over for a visit and tomorrow we have a reunion for my husbands family.

5. Are you in a good mood? If yes, Why?  Yes.  I have a million reasons to be.  A wonderful husband and a very happy marriage and a beautiful, happy, healthy daughter being the two most important of those reasons

6. Do you have an ex that you are pretty sure thinks about you a lot?  I don’t know and I don’t care.

7. What’s one thing you wish you could do but can’t? Be an artist.  I’m crafty but I’m not at all artsy

8. What’s one trait you hate in a person?  I hate people who are judgmental.

9. What’s one thing you like to do alone?  SING!  Whether it’s in my kitchen, doing up the dishes or in my car, when I am alone, I am a freaking ROCK STAR!!!

Saturday 9: I Want to Hold Your Hand

1. What do you notice about other people’s hands? If their nails are clean or not.

2. If someone was nosing around your house, what would you hope they wouldn’t see? Right now, I wouldn’t want anyone to see the office…it’s a mess!

3. Do you think that the more stuff you own enhances your life or adds to your burden?  I guess it depends on what stuff it is!  Could go either way.

4. What was the last movie you saw in the theatre?  I can’t even remember, it’s been years since I’ve been to the movies.

5. What do you have under your bed?  A body pillow and Lloyd’s duffel bag, I think.

6. What do you think your s/o or best friend would say about what makes you unique?  I’m not sure…I’ll have to ask

7. What’s your current favorite TV commercial?  The one where the girl makes fun of all of the feminine product commercial…I love it!

8. Who do you owe a phone call to?  There are a few people I should call.

9. Do you know about my friend’s new meme Wednesday Wickedness? Will you give it a try this week just for me? Please?   I will try to check it out this week   There are a few places I’ve been meaning to check into….a few for recipes, one for glasses and  one for cohiba for a friend.

Saturday 9: Kicks (Keep Getting Harder to Find)

1. As you get older, do you find that kicks are harder to find?
Nope, there are just different things that give me kicks than there used to be
2. Who is your favorite relative and why?
Aside from my husband and daughter, I would have to say there are two people, an aunt and a cousin who I have always been extremely close with and they are my favorites because they are fun women with amazing personalities and big hearts!
3. Who is the most important person in your life?
There are two…Lloyd and Lauryn
4. Name one thing you used to do that you are not proud of.
There are a few things from my past I’m not proud of but I try not to dwell and I most certainly won’t be mentioning them here
5. Tell us about the furthest you’ve ever been from what you consider “home”.
When Lloyd and I were on our honeymoon.  We went on a western Caribbean cruise and went to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen.
6. Who would you want to be locked in a room with for 24 hours?
There are a couple of hot actors I wouldn’t mind being locked up with
7. What are you doing this weekend?
Yesterday I went to meet my best friends new baby…he’s precious!  Then Lauryn and I went grocery shopping and we got her a potty   Today is just cleaning and hanging out at home
8. Other than your own, whose car were you in last?
My Aunt Dereka’s mustang
9. Tell us about the last compliment that you’ve received. I was recently told that since my hair is longer and straight it looks really nice

1. No matter what’s going on in your life, what always makes you smile?

My husband and my daughter

2. What’s the biggest lie you’ve ever told?

Hmm….don’t think I’ll be sharing that here

3. Do you hold a grudge?

I try not to but there are some things that are just harder to get over.

4. What is the worst job you’ve ever had?

Any phone job.  I’ve never sold anything over the phone but I had one job where we called people to see if they had received their phone book in good condition and another one was surveys.  I got attitude from people and hung up on a lot because they assumed I was selling something.

5. What would be your dream job?

I’m doing my dream job now….I’m a stay-at-home mom   Best “job” ever!

6. What is the happiest event you’ve experienced?

Giving birth to my daughter.

7. What is the saddest thing you’ve experienced?

Seeing people I love in pain.

8. Do you tend to exaggerate or underestimate?

Probably a little of both.

Saturday 9: It’s a Beautiful Morning

1. Are you a morning person?
I wasn’t until a few years ago… actually I don’t know if I really am now, I have to be awake that early so I am

Most of the local news shocks me.
3. What was your very first job?
I was a bagger at the local grocery store.
4. What characteristics do you despise?
Rudeness.
5. To where would you retire?
Somewhere that it never snowed!
6. Are you named after anyone?
When my mom was pregnant, she went to the movies (she can’t remember which one) and she saw the name Carielle in the credits but it was spelled differently.
7. How do you release anger?
I clean!
8. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
I don’t think so but I bet my husband would disagree
9. What is your least favorite thing about yourself?

The fact that I’m looking into what’s the best wrinkle remover because of some recent lines I’m seeing….those would be my least favorite at the moment

1. Tell us a joke that you think is funny. If you don’t tell jokes tell us why.
The only one I can think of at the moment is not appropriate for my blog….I don’t like to tell jokes though because if they are too long I either forget half of it or forget a key part of it.
2. Where do you buy most of your clothes?
Where ever…I don’t have any favorite stores…if I see something I like, that’s reasonably priced and in my size, I’ll buy it.
3. Which famous person would you like to meet? Why?
Tom Hanks…it’s hard to pick just one.  I love his acting and I think he’s adorable.
4. What is your ultimate ambition?
Just to be a really good mom.
5. Do you like to live in the area of your country or would you prefer something a little different?
I wouldn’t mind living somewhere that it didn’t snow.
6. Has a newspaper or television reporter ever interviewed you? If so, what were the circumstances and what did you think when you read or saw what you said?
No.

I just purchased a bunch for my mom…I think Ozzy was the last one

5. Would you want a fellow blogger to give you suggestions or criticism of what you write?  Since I mostly write about my life and my family, I probably wouldn’t take any criticism well.  I’m always open to suggestions though.

6. Is the number of visitors each day to your blog important to you?  Not really.   I do like when I have comments or when friends and family tell me they read about this or that on my blog though.

7. What percentage of your readers do you think actual comment?  Hmm…70%???

9. How often do you update your blog/site and why?  Pretty much daily…sometimes a few times a day.  It depends on what I’ve got to say, if something special has happened or if I have assignments.

Lloyd talks business in his sleep.  His words are as clear as day and he usually says figures and phone numbers.

No, I think people can change but they have to want to.

Saturday 9: Man on the Moon

1. Do you think it was important to send a man to the moon?
Yes.  I don’t really have a good reason why, I just do.
2. What is your biggest fear?
Spiders!  I can’t even begin to explain how irrational my fear of them is.
3. If someone hung a sign around your neck today, what would it say and why?
Do Not Mess With The Over Tired Mama!
4. What is the longest line that you’ve stood in and was it worth it?
The one year my mom and I went shopping on Black Friday…it was so not worth it!
5. As the holidays approach, what song are looking forward to hearing again?
Regular music on my stations…I don’t mind Christmas music but not for months at a time.
6. Whose music do you think is the most important of your generation’s?
I don’t know.  My generations music is all over the place!
7. Do you find it is to be kind to strangers? Give an example.
It is what? Easy?  If that’s what you meant, then I have to say sometimes.  When it’s for a good cause I have no problems giving.  When I lived in GR and would work a crazy long and busy shift waitressing and then some homeless guy would ask me for some of the money I’d just busted my butt for – then it wasn’t easy for me to give at all!
8. When do usually lose your patience?
I used to be the most patient person in the world….now, not so much.  When someone makes a stupid/dangerous move on the road and I have my daughter in the car, I lose all patience!
9. Is there a book that you’re dying to see as a movie? No.
